Join us at the ‘Citizens Institute for Character’ (CIC) this summer to explore your values, practice the ‘6 Pillars’ of Character, build conflict resolution skills, make friends, and have fun! This workshop is 100% FREE, with lunch and snacks provided!
Classes will include themes of understanding conflict, the connection between the body and stress, communication, shifting from 'stuck' to 'solved', negotiation and mediation, informed decision making, and resolving conflict through a restorative and repair focused lens.
We'll also put the skills we're building into action through hands-on field trips to Asana Yoga, Next of Kiln, and a hike on the Linkville trail.
Workshop series begins JULY 7th and is held on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 12:00pm-3:00pm at the Citizens Institute for Character (CIC) at 729 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Drop-in out-of-school time enrichment for free time and/or structured activities are also available between 3:00pm-6:00pm.
